    Hi,
being in my mid thirties I'm kind of reminded, that those feeling about life, parents an aging are normal and in a way we should be happy to experience every moment of those hard moments too. So thanks for those insights.
As a relatively new runner and having not had a lot of sports experience I'm blown away by what is possible and what one can aspire to. Not sure how far I can go but I'm meaning to try my hardest! Thanks for the Motivation and stay healthy. Greetings from snowy Germany

Training partners and an organized event environment can be very helpful in terms of motivation, but I would have to say, in my opinion , that running well on an individual basis is just as motivating. I recall several moments of being alone in ultra runs and improving on the goal that I set for myself. These moments were self assessments and finding solutions to various psychological and physiological challenges .

DBo such a great interview! Senseman is my favorite Cowboy, he's got the blue collar "everyman" relatable vibe, hes elite but inspiring to all of us who have the competitive drive to get everything out of our effort. Thanks for the new pod youre bringing great content and a fresh voice to our sport!

Eric seems like such a good guy, and that was a great conversation.
When you talk about ageing in the sport, I always think "man, I'm older and started later. I must suck" 🤣
Big up the new look frame too 🔥
