I'm a huge fan of you guys and actually used your methods to pick up a lost dog lost weekend. Was driving home after work at 330am and spotted a dog walking along the highway. It being in the negatives here in Canada I had to see what I could do. I found a place to pull over and used my leftover dinner to get the pup's attention. Took a whole hour just sitting with him to earn his trust and get my key lanyard on him like you guys do with the lucky leash! Long story short, through some Facebook groups I posted his description and managed to get in touch with his owners and get him home safe and sound. You guys are awesome! I wanted to let you know your work is getting paid forward :)

i have a dog named georgia i love my dog so much because my dog make my life happy again but i give him to the true owner because i saw georgia walking alone so thats why i adopted her but i didnt know georgia have owner but the little time georgia is in my side georgia makes me happy so much and i wont forget her

The fact that she was so terrified makes me question who owned her,and how they may have treated her to get to that state of fear of humans. It's devastating seeing an animal that afraid. We need to treat all living beings better. I am so glad she is happy and healthy now. I just fear for the other poor souls that may not be as lucky as she was to get found,and by the right people.

Well, that isn't how it works. You see, I have made a point and you haven't. You don't need to ask me what mine is because you can see it clearly above. What you can say is that you don't get it and can i clarify, but then I'd be left wondering why you weren't able to interpret the clear language I used. Those big scared eyes just killed me. Even though I know that these videos are going to have happy endings, the beginning of them always breaks me heart, imagining the sad, lonely, terrifying lives these poor dogs and cats have led up to this point.
There is no god. And if there was, he would have to beg on his knees for my forgiveness, because you either have a god who send animal abusers to torture animals, or you have a god who simply watches and says: „when you’re done I’m going to punish you“. If I could stop a person from torturing an animal, I would. That’s the difference between me and your god.

its hard enuf for big dogs out there trying to make it on the streets..but for small dogs..its really terrifying.. they run into so many more problems.. esp getting beat up by bigger dogs.. bravo for saving this cutie
I wish Eldad were the one rescuing ALL stray dogs. His method is so kind, patient, loving and dog smart. I've never seen a better rescuer and I've watched endless videos of people who also rescue but do NOT have the savvy and patience of Eldad. I hope he sees this. Respect!!!
I don't know what that poor dog went through in life before Hope For Paws was called. But once Hope For Paws got there, her life took a permanent turn for the best! It's so wonderful to see her at the end of the video, enjoying the love and friendship of humans and fellow canines! God Bless Hope For Paws! Every year at Christmas, the money I receive from family members is split up. 40% goes into savings, 20% goes to a charity of some kind and the rest is spending money. This year, after watching some hope for paws videos, I decided to donate to them.
Katie Mitchell why does only 20 percent go to charity hope for paws it's only 5 pounds a month I already with pet charity and a human charity both 3 pounds a month
Katie Mitchell also evry 2 or 3 years I stop giving to that charity to find another charity so I can give to more diffeent charities so I can help more than one rather than just giving money to one all the time

I adopted a female puppy who lost her siblings 😢 crushed by vehicles and mother died of sorrow. She's the only who survived among her family. She was puppy at that time and hasn't been in spot of other street dogs cause her mother used to avoid her offsprings to get close to the other stray dogs. She used to be avoided by them. So interactions of puppys are neglected. But the grief incident happened to her made to feel insecure to puppy as she lost her everything. So I adopted her and she became a member of my family now. We named her KUTTHI. Now she's happy with us. I always wonder that what breed is she is but now after watching this video it conformed that my KUTTHI is chichuana. She looks as it is like my KUTTHI. Hope that someone will adopt her soon. Good Luck.

How sweet! I love seeing animals in need get treated with love by total strangers. If only there were more people who treated human beings with the same compassion when they are in need. We put so much more judgement on a human stranger than an animal stranger, but there are plenty of innocent people who are just as hungry, abused, lonely, scared, and hurt as any animal may be. It's important to take care of other living creatures, but shouldn't our first thought be to take care of each other? I believe if we had compassion for each other, more people would learn to have compassion on others, and the world would be a better place for all life, including animals.
I know what you're saying, but when you think about it, the love and loyalty of an animal is conditional on whether or not people have already shown them kindness. If an animal doesn't have a good reason to love people, it'll bite or run away. For a lot of people, when we see an animal we don't know, our instinct is to love them, even if they don't love or trust us at first. I wonder what would happen if we treated humans in the same way. I think if we did, we would see that a lot of people have the same capacity for love and loyalty that animals do. They just haven't been given the same chances.
Cherry I have to disagree with that because (especially dogs) have been known to be treated incredibly cruelly and yet still love the person that beats/starves them. You can show an animal only cruelty and it will love you and you can show a human only kindness and will get cruelty. I guess why people want to help animals is that animals never have a choice while humans for the most part can make some sort of choice to get out of situations. I could be jaded from all the work I did in the past with druggies/homeless who time after time made me think my efforts are better places with animals. I understand where you are coming from and it would be nice in an ideal world

How sweet! I love seeing animals in need get treated with love by total strangers. If only there were more people who treated human beings with the same compassion when they are in need. We put so much more judgement on a human stranger than an animal stranger, but there are plenty of innocent people who are just as hungry, abused, lonely, scared, and hurt as any animal may be. It's important to take care of other living creatures, but shouldn't our first thought be to take care of each other? I believe if we had compassion for each other, more people would learn to have compassion on others, and the world would be a better place for all life, including animals.
Cherry People only help animals that are cute and sociable, no one is interested in spending time and money on a random person. Sad but true.

I know what you're saying, but when you think about it, the love and loyalty of an animal is conditional on whether or not people have already shown them kindness. If an animal doesn't have a good reason to love people, it'll bite or run away. For a lot of people, when we see an animal we don't know, our instinct is to love them, even if they don't love or trust us at first. I wonder what would happen if we treated humans in the same way. I think if we did, we would see that a lot of people have the same capacity for love and loyalty that animals do. They just haven't been given the same chances.
Cherry I have to disagree with that because (especially dogs) have been known to be treated incredibly cruelly and yet still love the person that beats/starves them. You can show an animal only cruelty and it will love you and you can show a human only kindness and will get cruelty. I guess why people want to help animals is that animals never have a choice while humans for the most part can make some sort of choice to get out of situations. I could be jaded from all the work I did in the past with druggies/homeless who time after time made me think my efforts are better places with animals. I understand where you are coming from and it would be nice in an ideal world
I just got home with my new Chihuahua from the animal shelter. She's sleeping now and I am very happy.
