I removed my c9 pump to replace two o rings in order to close oil 30:51 leakage. Now after fitting it back, when we start the engine, it starts and off itself within few seconds. What could be the possible reason? Nothing else was changed or disturbed in the pump. Is it some electrical problem? Just once it was start for longer, as soon as we switched off the engine to restart it , it starts the same problem again. Actually we removed the engine head also to check the diesel leakage. But at the end we only tested the head, it was fine and install the injector orings only and fix it back on the engine. Now i don't understand if its pump problem or some electrical or injector. Before removing the head everything was working

the relief valve open at 31MP (310 BAR), so the pressur test can't be up to 300bar, the work pressur is betowwin 60 an 280 bar.

We have one that is not pumping fuel, it has plenty of oil pressure 4200 psi measured with guage, no fuel pressure at all, we have fuel going into the pump by blowing into tank with compressed air, even disconnected the outbound line from the fuel pump no flow at all. Whats inside that could cause this?
For pump group 384-0677, what's the torque for front shaft bolt that holds the drive gear in place, it's a left hand thread bolt, any input appreciated.
Please, my C9 engine stars without the IAP SWITCH connected. Is there a problem with my heui?

i think no, because if ecm has no information from IAP pressur (60, 280bar) he will not sent élec to injectors...
