Works with a spark plug also. Take stem out of s/p, put match ends inside stem chamber. Put stem back in chamber firmly. strike s/p stem on hard surface like concrete, and boom goes the dynamite.

this is honestly pretty close to an actual gun. just put some barrel liners in there (even just unrifled steel tube), load with black powder and a lead ball, and you have a pretty lethal weapon.

А мы делали пугач из топливной медной трубки.Одну сторону трубки расплющить и согнуть буквой Г, затем также согнуть гвоздь и всё, натянул резинку и готово.. А что гвоздь не пробил трубку и не поранил руки заливали трубку свинцом...Оружие пацанов 60- 80 годов 😁😁😄
