Fabulous creation. What I find truly amazing is the craftsmanship and true trade talent that went into creating such a masterpiece. 5.5 million dollars (Canadian I guess) £ 3 million.
This home is perfect. Wish it had more backyard space but otherwise everything is so delicately and intricately thought of. Beautiful, beautiful home! Thank you for sharing!
The realtor's web site says $30,000 property tax bill. Once again, not bad considering other cities would assess much higher. And the location is reasonable for many commuters to work.
My degree is in Psychology. I am more of a "word" person. I sucked at Algebra, so wouldn't have gone to medical school to then be able to afford a $6 million dollar home. I didn't get lucky & marry a rich man, and yes I used to be kind of cute--I'm middle aged.
$5.5 mil (U.S.) asking price. I don't know about the real estate market in canada, but considering that coffeehouse whacknut Trudeau still in office, it's probably just as soft as any sanctuary area in the United States. The exterior is a lovely accurate Queen Anne façade... The interior is very nice, I probably won't go too much further than that because there's a lot of things I would have done differently, but overall the house is lovely.. I did like that office. I would have went for a more transitional style... balancing it out between contemporary and traditional, with modern elements... but in that, just not modern. Again, all in all, the house is lovely... But $5.5 million us, I'm not sure about that that's a little steep.
The attention to detail is astounding.
Every time I go for a walk in Old Port, I always stop to admire this home. Now I know was it holds inside.
Outstanding! I don’t know what I’ll do with that closet though. I only have 3 pairs of shoes, and all of my clothes fit in one duffel bag….😂
Very nicely presented. ♥
And the floors are unbelievable, with uniquely designed layouts and many one of a kind inlays throughout.
Fabulous creation.

£ 3 million.
Wonderful craftsmanship , such talent

So beautiful, and that view😍🥰❤️
WOW what a masterpiece. Exceptional.
Its very nice, but wonder what the winters are like , north facing on Lake Ontario shore line. Can't afford it anyway so...
Beautiful home.
Beautiful. I couldn’t afford the light bulbs for this place….lol….but I’m happy as can be in my little 2500 sq ft gulf coast home…
This is the perfect home!!
Greetings from oakville thanks for the presentation 😊
Ok- WHEN I win the lottery I’ll be callin y’all!!🤞🏻🤞🏻
The list price is $5.5 million. It would be much more in Toronto. And the home is located in a nice section of St. Catharines.
Anche questa casa è fantastica
Sembra uscita da un libro di fiabe.
Definitely exquisite. 😍😍😍
That video was very well put together wow! You made me like an Ontario home lol Loved the sex and the city music and that closet wow
I’m speechless!! ❤😮

Ancaster taxes are so much higher!
There was a time where all I preferred was a new home but after realizing how generic they look now I can appreciate older homes.
This home isn't old, it's built to look old. They did an amazing job
Amazingly Gorgeous❤ 😍
reminds me of the charmed house
Beautiful, for sure. But it starts at a gagillion dollars. :)
It's less than I thought it would be..probably because of the location. 5.5 million...if that house was in Toronto it would probably be double that.
@@redstang70 I was originally listed for about $7 million.
@@dennisbusch5051I don’t think you’re going to get anyone to buy you for 7 million
How did the city allow that ugly black box to be built beside it?? What a shame.
Living next to big box
What’s the asking price?
$5,500,000
Gorgeous….but what’s that horror of a modern house next to it? Ruins everything….just my humble opinion.
It's like living next to the Monolith from Space Odyssey lol
absolutely ! i bet the designer charged more for that black box than the one in this video ruins the neighborhood
Modern cancer
Modern cancer
let the bidding start, 4.5
$6.1 million
How much in us dollars? What's the electric bill on a house that size? What the hell does everyone do to afford that? 😮😢😊😅
6.295 million. Stunning home and location.
Easily a doctor can afford tht..and for 6 million its good

@@DianaScheder write a great book and buy the house!
WOW
Why would you build something so special and then sell it (unless the owner flips for a living)
I remember when this (and the house beside it) were both up for sale a few years ago, maybe a couple of times. Seems to me the price was higher then.
The only thing I hate is to much white paint and no hard wood floors.
########### Jua.
$$$$$$??????
In Canada. Probably 600 million for that house with a 20 million tax bill.
Didn't you read the comments? It's 5.5 million with $30,000 property tax bill.
With neighbors stacked on you. No thanks
😅

Too much. In style. Not in price.
Where is this?
Canada.
Hard pass.
It would be a beautiful spot to have a wedding. Lots of natural light and spots for great photos.
