This was a song from my youth, I picked up Guitar playing a couple of years ago, and this is just such a classic, what are the chances you could actually put a simple lesson out for advanced beginners or intermediate players? That would be awesome. Nobody else is really doing a full correct tutorial, especially the solo. This is the best one I’ve ever heard.

Huge Loverboy fan here. I saw them 11 times over the years and Paul NEVER plays the solo the same way, and never the way he actually recorded it. This is not to say it was bad! Just never ever the same. This was well done.

Love the strat. I recently bought the HSS mahogany. Got to say nicest one I have. Love that passing lane switch. so many different sounds with the s1 switching. Great video as usual.
...its ok, dont worry about the TAB, im not gonna take THAT solo on. Theres runs faster than i would normally improv, and i dont 'need' to play solos of this speed. But i admire your skill, for those who enjoy playing faster runs. For me, i prefer to play more drawn out melodies, somewhere between David Gilmours and slow blues style, or short n easy 8-12bar rock solos.
