Mick was playing before EVH. He's like 10 years older. So Mick probably knew tapping first.

They came from the factory on a lot of 80s Les Pauls. And they only take a route under the bridge.

Rukkkis Its Mick Mars playing the rhythm guitar and the solo guitar. He has just recorded two different guitar lines
I see, so in concert the solo had no rhythm guitar I guess.
