This is why Pau is my favorite Laker, because he is such a great offensive player, yes I will admit he must improve more on defense and aggression but honestly with how good he can pass the ball and score he is just a beast!!
Warriors and Lakers are always my favorite teams in the NBA. I hope the Warriors try and get Gasol if he does not return to LA. Package Lee with some other players with him if you have to.
It really did seem like they were starting to play well. Kobe, Pau, and Howard were starting to play good ball, nice passing being comfortable with each other. It would have been interesting to seeing them play at least one more season too see how it would of been.
Pau Gasol was a special talent. There are not a lot of 7 foot big men that can do the things he's able to do and that's what makes him such a special asset to the team. Sure he's gotten up there in years, but he is still affective averaging double figures in rebounding and scoring. I will miss him wearing that lakers jersey, but I think any team that has him will make very good use to him. Thanks pau for your dedication and years as a laker!
Dwight and Pau could’ve been the greatest front court duo since Duncan and Robinson but Howard let his ego get in the way of winning, and it ultimately led to Kobe having to bridge the gap essentially cutting his career short. It all started with Dwight.
I don't understand how he's good haha, like it doesn't make sense haha. I realize he's skilled, so skilled with his right and left hands that he can dominate without athleticism. Can't wait to see what he brings to the bulls! ...gotta love his defense and passing too
If possible, can you do Marc, Randolph, and Conley? All 3 underrated, especially Conley. And if you ever get the chance for a defensive video, can you do Tony Allen? Thanks a lot
now we can return pau to the post, finally. we also wont have crappy FT shooting, but defense might struggle. Honestly our defensive stats were better with lesser of players, but its probably because of Phil Jackson's coaching.
This guy is severely underrated. I swear, if dwight can get his moves in the paint, people would be calling him one of the top 5 big men ever to play in the NBA.
Agresiveness or finesse are two ways to efectiveness. None is just better. Gasol is not a overpowering player, that's it. Personally I enjoyed finesse players (Gasol, Olajuwon, Magic, Bird) rather than overpowering players (Lebron, Shaq, Malone, Griffin).
Say what you will about Pau, but he's a Laker great. He's 2x NBA Champion. He's probably one of the smartest big men in the league as if right now. He's a point guard in a 7 footer's body. He's great in the post. Great passing and scoring ability in the post. He can step out and hit some nice 20 footers. People call him soft, but he's finesse. Dirk plays finesse as well and no says anything about him. Pau's the definition of an underrated PF, in my opinion.
YEah...D12 in the league for 7-8 years and has 2 moves... a spin and a running hook. he should really relish this chance to learn from one of the craftiest post players ever.
And this is Gasol with plantar/foot injury. I can't believe what MdAntoni was thinking about benching this guy over D12. When Pau played more during the latter part of the season the Lakers overall played better and even D12 benefited a whole lot playing along with Pau. Pau may not be gifted with physical attributes like D12 but he's got more brain than D12 when it comes to knowing what to do and red and react to a given situation making him integral for the team.
if dwight leaves, josh smith will replace his dunks and defense while providing more versatility and higher FT percentage. It will also return Pau to the post where he is a monster. So, if dwight leaves, it wont hurt the lakers, but if he stays fine.
Hope Kaman can finish like Dwight in the paint. If he can't, atleast finish it when they pass it to him inside. Pau and Dwight was one of the best front court that never worked out but if you look at Pau passing, that was just eye-bulging. If Dwight wasn't a diva and tried to take LA from Kobe, LA can be a championship contender in the upcoming years.
This is the player the miami heat needs to really compete with the western conference loaded deep teams. I am a die hard heat fan, and not to underestimate what Bosh has done but CB is not the answer, we need a true center or trade bosh for a real big man. Sorry Chris you are loved among heat nation but sometimes is not enough.
it's unbelievable that the Lakers would trade a 7-footer with that diverse offensive game. this season was a disaster it was derailed early with the coaching issue and late with the injuries. try to get healthy and run it back.
Damnit gasol. We'r really gonna miss u but trading is apart of every sport :( Thanks for the 2 rings u helped give us. Lakers forever!
He‘s like a 7 foot point guard. Awesome!
my favourite NBA star so underrated, abused at LA lakers yet he never gives up
Its so happy to see these highlights. looking back to those teamwork made by Lakers are so pleasing. forever Lakers
This is why Pau is my favorite Laker, because he is such a great offensive player, yes I will admit he must improve more on defense and aggression but honestly with how good he can pass the ball and score he is just a beast!!
Love this guy thanks for everything you've done for us
Nice player Pau Gasol!!!!
Quants de punts d'en Pau Gasol
:)
He's so freakin good. Really excited to watch him play as a bull!
Suuuch a good pickup for the Bulls, We might take top of the east this year, cant wait for this season to start
I saw him live when he was with the griz and it was obvious that this man was one of the best big men
Warriors and Lakers are always my favorite teams in the NBA. I hope the Warriors try and get Gasol if he does not return to LA. Package Lee with some other players with him if you have to.

Welcome to the BULLS!
NBALakersNation
Pau Gasol sends his regards...he says "fuck you too Lakers"
Take care of him. I'm gonna miss him =(
pau has amazing low post technique and great court awareness, one of the best low post player in the league,no doubt

I never have had so much respect for a NBA player as I have Pau Gasol.
Glad to have pau back next season..
You can clearly see that as soon as Pau let's a shot go, Kobe already starts to walk back to defense. He's that sure it will go in.
Best footwork Ive seen in a big man since Kevin McHale.
What a player, he is a very complete player and a leader
Dwight and Pau could’ve been the greatest front court duo since Duncan and Robinson but Howard let his ego get in the way of winning, and it ultimately led to Kobe having to bridge the gap essentially cutting his career short. It all started with Dwight.
in every lakers highlights video I always like to see Sacre on the bench, just going crazy
make Sacre 2012/2013 bench highlights
Pau and Dwight - one of the most amazing front courts that never was.
Plays beautifully
pau+any other NBA team=one of the top 3 post up big-man in the game today
Pau got game. He brings a lot to the table for a big man.
Welcome to the Bulls!
FINALLY!
A BIG WITH HIS OWN HIGHLIGHT VID!
MAKE MORE
I don't understand how he's good haha, like it doesn't make sense haha. I realize he's skilled, so skilled with his right and left hands that he can dominate without athleticism. Can't wait to see what he brings to the bulls! ...gotta love his defense and passing too
Notice how he finishes with what ever hand is advantageous. He doesn't favor one or the other...such a nice player in the post.
If possible, can you do Marc, Randolph, and Conley? All 3 underrated, especially Conley. And if you ever get the chance for a defensive video, can you do Tony Allen? Thanks a lot
Gasol definitely has a post-up game. Not at the level of the all-time great big men but it's definitely there and it's still a thing of beauty.
i love pau's game..
the most skillful big man i have ever seen
he's so awesome...
welcome to the bulls.
Welcome to CHICAGO!!!
i hope he was a beastly year this year
WOW!! The man can BALL!!...
Such a beast
you know your're a real laker fan when u recognize almost all of these games from the season :)
Pau Gasol welcome to Chicago!!!
I think someone already made a video of Sacre's bench highlights.
Pau so fun to watch
Pau underneath to dwight! seems like a pretty good connection
Can’t believe this video is already 8 years old.
Pau's so excellent
thanks so much for this
now we can return pau to the post, finally. we also wont have crappy FT shooting, but defense might struggle. Honestly our defensive stats were better with lesser of players, but its probably because of Phil Jackson's coaching.
This guy is severely underrated. I swear, if dwight can get his moves in the paint, people would be calling him one of the top 5 big men ever to play in the NBA.
Welcome to the Bulls, Pau. Two Headed Monster. You and Jo.
"I don't know who teached him and his brother to pass, but that man should be in the Hall of Fame"

GO PAU!!!!!
Laker fan here,Pau is a big loss to the Lakers,Bulls are lucky to have him, great big man with excellent skillset...
Pau come down to south beach we'll be unstoppable.
Il miss him
Il always remember that beautiful left handed hook. Only player i love to emulate besides kobe
can't wait for the next season when Pau's numbers go waaay up.
Gasol. Still a beast
WELCOME TO CHICAGO!!!!
YEah...D12 in the league for 7-8 years and has 2 moves... a spin and a running hook. he should really relish this chance to learn from one of the craftiest post players ever.

thank you your video
a big markority of these where when dwight wasnt on the floor. Now that dwight won't be on the floor at all Pau will have even more highlits like this
true when healthy if pau can stay healthy i have no doubt he will demolish d12 in the paint offensively when they play
I just noticed that Pau yells every time someone guards him in this video. Haha.
The offense should run through pau and kobe period. Pau can be an all star this year if he gets his opportunity
Welcome To The Bulls Pau!!!
basically all of gasol's shots the whole season
1:22 2 bigmen doing pick n roll, now thats nasty
Do one of his brother please, with a lot of passing highlights
Good news for you today!!!
play your game big man, play your game
So true.
I think an underrated consequence of Dwight leaving for Houston is that he won't have a big man like this to help him with those easy lobs
FFS WHOS THAT GUY ON THE LAKERS BENCH THAT ALWAYS GOES CRAZY
All you hear is Gasol's battle cry after shooting
Josh Smith Says Hi from Detroit
I love pau and he's actually a better center than powerfoward
Do one of Big Al Jefferson, and Gordon Hayward from the Jazz!
remember in 2009 nba final where pau destroyed dwight, good times.
i know that this is off the vid topic and all but i wonder if nerlans and AD23 would of been a good bigman combo
if dwight leaves, josh smith will replace his dunks and defense while providing more versatility and higher FT percentage. It will also return Pau to the post where he is a monster. So, if dwight leaves, it wont hurt the lakers, but if he stays fine.
D'antoni had pau playing stretch 4 to make dwight happy, but now that dwight is gone, he will move him to center.
I never understood why Dwight always demanded the ball in the post. Everytime it's Pau in the post, Dwight is usually on the receiving end of a lob.
Zach Randolph next please!
This is the player the miami heat needs to really compete with the western conference loaded deep teams. I am a die hard heat fan, and not to underestimate what Bosh has done but CB is not the answer, we need a true center or trade bosh for a real big man. 118kk for bosh HAHAAAH
THATS A NOOB MOVE BABEH
Hope he's finally healthy this year
it's unbelievable that the Lakers would trade a 7-footer with that diverse offensive game.
this season was a disaster it was derailed early with the coaching issue and late with the injuries. try to get healthy and run it back.
and he had to wander around the perimeter to shoot 3s cuz dantoni loves his stretch 4
if they resign dwight and they keep playing like they did at the end of the season, theyll be title contenders next year
Still can't believe they put Howard on the post more than Gasol.
looooooool come on cuhhh
Man, wasting all the talent on that team is one of the great accomplishments of Laker history
Needs the Christmas game dagger against the Knicks.
Yes he is. Rings don't lie. Pau handled Dwight in 2009. See for yourself.
The last pass!!! O.o
Welcome to the Bulls pau.
