  • Demolition Time Breaking up a Desk & Some DIY Tips. I find a computer in the back alley by my job with a green fiber chip plus a frying pan. We have to demo 4 apartment units & one has some contents 2 mattress & a large wood desk i have to break up with a bar. I also demo some cabinets & remove tiles on plywood.     Nothing like a good demo to end the day. They sure don't build them like that anymore, big nails, real timber. 👍

    Dang, that was a nice desk. Oh well. I’d love to have the handles off of this desk. Great old hardware like this is excellent for cabinets.
    Great looking green chair in there, too. I always get good sales for solid chairs like that one at my resale booth! Some great resalable treasures there! I could’ve made some good money with this place.

    Well well, you must enjoy your job, and good job.., but I must admit that chest of drawers cabinet might of being worth something 👍👍👌

      Thanks for watching, Yes about 20 years ago it would be worth about $500 & today you can't give it away. I had my garage fill with nice furniture & the dealers would offer me $20 each item, Not worth the labor to drag it down 3 flights of stairs + keep it dry

    Too bad you had to destroy the desk. It was made of real wood. Bummer.
