My biggest problem with the Sega Saturn is, as an American, I can’t name a single title solely because so few games released over here
Yea that’s a shame , we only had 200 games here , while Japan had 1,400
Good vid! I subbed! I wonder if Sega will make Consoles again later
@@tylerthunder2001 thank you ! And tbh I don’t think sega will ever make another console
I wish there was a sonic game for this console
Me too
Sonic 3d Blast.
@@RejectedSpiritX true
I don't.
Yeah, it might've been pretty cool, but it was better for the franchise in the long run. Many platforming heroes we loved in the early 90s didn't translate well when they jumped to 3D, and we haven't seen them since.
Bubsy (ok, "love" is strong but still) didn't make it.
Earthworm Jim didn't make it.
If Sonic's game wasn't working on Saturn, they were right to scrap it, and it's best that it made the jump to 3D on the Dreamcast instead. I don't want a future where Sonic comes out on Saturn and doesn't make it.
@@dapperfan44 great point tbh
It doesn't suck! Its actually really fun!
@@AlthenasGuard i love the sega Saturn
Let’s be clear with the Saturn. The library is for Japanese most of the time ( rpg, tactical rpg, shmup). Of course the console has amazing fighting games but most of them were only for Japan. Out of 1107 games. More than 780 were Japanese exclusive.
I love the Saturn and it is my favorite console ( followed by the Dreamcast)
I rented a Saturn several times from Blockbuster, but I never found any games I just had to have the system for. Panzer Dragoon was the closest, but even that got a modern remake. I did like the controller design a lot though, I thought it was a proper evolution forward from the SNES.
@@fusionspace175 understandable , and yes the controller is amazing !!
To play Japanese games I literally have a tripod pointing at my TV with google lens translate open LOL It's not great but it gets the job done LOL
sega > nintendo
Si
Ñoooo
Notice going to watch a video with such a stupid title.
