very nice ;D you got a new sub! it’s funny because i also started playing in March 2016 so i have one more month of experience lol :P (btw it’s MLG Fruit)
Knight Pianist ChacelX would you be able to release it at all down the road? it’s just i love it but synthesia hurts my head and that’s all i can find your music on :-(
I'll do my best! But if you want to learn it first, I rearranged the Joe Hisashi's version and kept most of the elements! Maybe you can use that for reference/practice first!
Thanks for the tip about Joe Hisashi's version. Yet, sheets would still be *very* nice. Your arrangement is quite beautiful and I'm sure we'd all love to play it ourselves without having to drudge through a synthesia...
It's a very nice performance so far, just came here from Marioverehrer who uploaded a midi of this. But I wanted to give you some tips so you can improve it even more. I had similiar issues with another piece and really want to help you out At the first point I'm not sure where it actually comes from but the dull voice shouldn't be there. My guess is that it comes from lifting the pedal too fast so it hits the piano. I had the same problem because I was used to playing with a digital piano where you can barely hear that. Just try to find the spot and don't lift it too fast, it's pretty easy to do once you get the hang of it. (It could also be something else, I'm not really sure here ^^') The other thing is harder though. The melody seemed too inconsistent. Of course, variation makes a good play but the left hand usually shouldn't be louder than the right hand. A good way to exersice is to play everything as loud as possible a few times, then as low as possible. First with each hand on it's own than together. One last thing would be to keep the moment of lifting the pedal in mind. Some notes mix with eachother which causes and uneven all around sound. But none or less I like your performance. You definitely know how to put emotions in it and that's probably the hardest part. I'm curious: Did you teach it yourself or do you have a teacher? (I'm sorry if I missed something, I've only watched this video but I'm gonna look on your others as well now)
Thank you for your feedback! I will try to improve! I am self taught, and if I want to learn something new, I will usually go to PianoPrinceOfAnime and ask him how does he does something or a certain skill (although usually in just copy what he does roughly an improves on it, so technically it's still self learning :P)! For the pedal noise, I wanted to have it there so there's the ambience, and a more realistic sound to the music! It's not much on lifting the pedal fast, it's more of how hard! And I did my best to put in my emotions too! I'm glad you were able to feel it!
So there aren't sheets or are they just private? I would like to legitimately play this through sheets and if you don't have any, I'll try to find some time to write out the sheets myself and then share it with you?
Yeah I could take some time to create sheets. They might be really delayed depending on how I can manage my time but I should be able to make the sheets. It'll be easier for me to play this piece through cite reading.
I'll try my best to replicate the tempo but I'll also compromise with strict rhythm that my piano teacher taught me. Once I'm finished I'll probably send it to you to see if you like it and if you want any parts changed. So far, I've finished about the first 40 seconds.

I know... But I don't know sheets... I'm sorry :

You play better than me...what is life?
I've no idea what life is... But you can practice and be better than me! :D You can do it!
Thanks, your encouragement fills me with determination. Btw, it would be awesome if you could do more English song covers. :)
I'll do my best! :D English pop songs are not really my thing, but I'll still find time to do it!
So there aren't sheets or are they just private? I would like to legitimately play this through sheets and if you don't have any, I'll try to find some time to write out the sheets myself and then share it with you?
I really don't have the sheets... I'm sorry... I'll be glad to have your sheets if you wrote any!
Yeah I could take some time to create sheets. They might be really delayed depending on how I can manage my time but I should be able to make the sheets. It'll be easier for me to play this piece through cite reading.
Note: I'll probably have to transcribe it a bit differently than how you play it since I need to make sure the piece follows a time signature
Of course! My playing is a bit... Out of tempo sometimes... :P
I'll try my best to replicate the tempo but I'll also compromise with strict rhythm that my piano teacher taught me. Once I'm finished I'll probably send it to you to see if you like it and if you want any parts changed. So far, I've finished about the first 40 seconds.
