Iam same way I put grease on the seal so it doesn’t get burned up before oil gets to it .

I know a guy that had that plug came out 500 miles from home and he cut a hole in fire wall and fixed it and it was 1992 12 valve and he made a plate to cover hole .

Does that crank have a wear spot around it be at the make a sleeve to seal the crank if it is worn .

Is it one out of a 7.3 or 6.0/6.4? Different bellhousing and input shaft diameter.

It’s from a 7.3. I’m not sure what the input shaft diameter is it’s already in the truck. Thanks for watching! 😁
