#41 - Bloom in Neons on 8" round

Today I am doing a Bloom using Artist's Loft Neon paints on an 8" round canvas by Artist's Loft. I will be using my mini blower to blowout the cell activator and paints and I will also be using a skewer to wreck this bloom. My pillow paint is Glidden Premium Pure White mixed with Liquitex Mars Black. The colors I am using today are Neon Yellow, Neon Pink, Neon Purple, Neon Blue and Neon Green. My cell activator is Paynes Grey by Amsterdam.
My pouring medium today is Flood Floetrol and DecoArt Pouring Medium. My ratio is 2:1 (2 parts pouring medium to 1 part paint). My cell activator is paint mixed with Flood Floetrol and Flood Penetrol.
My mini blower was purchased from Amazon, and it is Playmaker Toys Playmaker Tiny Blower - Worlds Tiniest Blower (the orange one). Here is the link a.co/d/hA74dgM
