A friend of mine went to hear Vestal Goodman at an Assembly of God in Atlanta. He watched as a woman who looked very out of place in a church walked in. The woman had piercings all over her face, very short hair and a masculine vibe/look. This woman sat toward the front and was a distraction to those nearby because of the aura surrounding her. Vestal began singing and a few songs in started singing “There Is A Fountain Filled With Blood.” As soon as she began the song, the distracting woman manifested a demon. My friend said that Vestal came down to where the woman was and cast the demon out. The next evening, my friend saw the same woman and almost didn’t recognize her because her countenance had changed drastically. As the church began to worship, this formerly possessed woman lifted her hands and was speaking in tongues with the glow of Jesus all over her face!
A classic song. If you don’t know Jesus, you need to before He comes back for the church. You want to be a part of it and spend eternity with God and not eternity in hell.
Forgive me! I think I got my choirs mixed up! I only know the version by Dynamic Praise but this choir is outstanding also! Soo, I guess it's a tie! Luv them both!
