Quasi-soldiers are civilian military families who take care of the home front while their soldier spouses /kin are deployed at the warfront. But just what exactly is the impact of deployment on KDF military families left behind? How do they cope when a soldier is killed in action, missing in action, taken as a prisoner of war or presumed dead?
