Adding text in the shape of a circle (Adobe Illustrator)

Finally a tutorial that made sense to me. I created 3 objects, 1 for the top line. 1 for the bottom line and another to blend the both of them. I've been trying to GET this concept for over a year and managed to do it most of the time ... but now I really "get" it. I was trying to flip on the same path and it was never working. Now I create a new path for each - top and bottom and things are golden. Thank you!

I'm so glad I watched this - I thought this would be more difficult to do! I got a lot more out of it - tiny tutorials on how to use the other tools, which is great as I am a beginner with Illustrator. Nice video Jimmy, you explained this really well! To make things easier when moving the text along the path, hold Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac OS) which stops the text flipping to the other side of the path, which happens way too easily without holding Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac OS).
