Herbie has a special place in my heart I watched all of his movies (originals) when I was a kid in the Disney channel. This was a treat to watch! P.S. Staying with the Volkswagen & TV/Movies theme I want to see a Transformers Bumblebee Volkswagen Beetle customization.
It looks great! The wheels look good along with the paint and decals. I watched the movie and even bought the Revell model as a kid so this brings back some fond memories. Thanks for making and sharing this.
I've seen some of the Herbie Movies on TV when I was a kid one of them was Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo where he races with not only high powered race cars but also falls in love with a Lancia.
Herbie was a 63 beetle and yes he was white. I had a black 63 beetle and painted the stripes and number mirrored and carbon colors, I your build came out really good.
Awesome! Herbie was one of my favorites as a kid . I still crack up thinking about the scene where buddy Hacketts character is welding Herbie back together while they are racing . 😂
