The modern glass buildings were a surprise to me even though I''ve been to Milan I apparently only saw the historical, touristic areas. As a Hispanic-American I often think about the interesting similarities between Spanish and Italian culture; obviously they're both Latin and Southern European, but they are relatively far from each other but I see similar architecture, food, music etc. I guess it must be the shared ancient Roman history.

There are almost no sedan (saloon) vehicles in Milan. Everyone drives hatchbacks and estates. Unlike in Eastern Europe, North America, and Asia where you always see a Toyota Camry or Mazda3 on the roads.
Here in Italy often rains and snows a lot; sedan vehicles are bulky and impractical on slippery ground. To find BMW, Mercedes and Audis you have to go on the coasts
Next time you're back and driving in the United States, I ask for two things. A sunset drive in San Antonio Texas, and a night drive for an hour or so in San Diego CA. If you could drive those places and film & post videos of that, I would be eternally grateful. Thank You.

Milan is good all year but in july-august because of the heat. Spring is high season. Summer is a bit empty, with nothing to do.
