  • In today's installment of the bonus self-paced series Money Made Fun (part of the Unf*cking Your Relationship with Money three week course beginning this coming Monday), we'll take a look at how using fear to motivate yourself to save money often winds up backfiring, and why you might still want to accumulate money (and in fact become far better at it) when you're not afraid.
At the risk of sounding like I'm trying to talk you into joining the program (which in fairness I kind of am trying to do :-), if you struggle with any aspect of money, from making it to having it and from managing it to spending it, you'll find our daily sessions together (Monday to Friday from the 7th - 25th of October) will offer you a welcome antidote to the vast majority of what's being written and said about money in the world.

This is exactly where I am right now. I currently don't have an income and my mind is in a lot of fear about it. It thinks of all the ways that I "could" be creating an income, coupled with the belief I will fail if I don't. When I can catch a break from the fear and enjoy myself, my brain chides me for "wasting another day and blowing another chance to get somewhere". It's an exhausting way to live and I want to stop. I can feel some space around the fear, though, when I view money as a woodpile, so I will keep doing that. Thank you for these videos. ❤️
