- The US and China are pursuing more engagement and communications but not more trust, says Ian Bremmer, president and founder of Eurasia Group, a risk advisory firm. He tells Bloomberg Television that relations between Washington and Beijing are "getting worse quite slowly," however, both sides "know each other's red lines."

Government Corruption Is The Worst Kind Of Corruption.
😢I stand wid China ✊🏿❤
Media Corruption is worse 😂
The Media is terrible and funded by the government. Corruption is a horrible thing. We are all playing against a stacked deck. 😒🤣
Anti-Chinese racism.
Fascism and racism is already here😂🎉
Hard to commit to any progress if we dont think the same team will be in charge next year
Why does the US keep sending his court jesters to beg? Yellen, Blinken, any other clowns
They are not court jesters you silly clown, the US Treasury department CRUSHED and DESTORYED the British Empire. The US Treasury is the most powerful entity in the world, they control the US Dollar which is how the Chinese economy operates selling goods to the world using the US Dollar. The US Treasury is the BOSS of the world, be careful who you call a jester. The US Treasury destroyed the British Empire, the Japanese Empire, the Spanish Empire, do you realize how powerful the US Treasury is?
when the bully didn't get what he wants, he gets angry and spreading lies.
Yellen & Blinken failed to beg loans from China but to save faces, gave them *warnings* for nothing.
The United States is getting very anxious and nervous.... myriad of challenges, both at home and abroad.... a result of bad and stupid policies....
The USA has no issues at all those are all minor and far away. If the middle east goes in to total war it is not an issue for the USA becasue the USA is 100% oil independent today it is a problem for China however as most Chinese oil is IMPORTED from the middle east . So then China will need to go and help wars in the middle east, good luck with that.
It is what our president looks like
Replace that with "mainland China" and you'll see the same picture.
@@portalkey5283 lmao, drank the zeihan coolaid huh?
btw it isn't china constantly begging the usa and sending people over and over to the usa
Xi: Where's the cheese? Blinken: Bones, only bones.
Tension escalating, with weapon able to hit China city.
This mean China can setup the same in Cuba.
2024-4-17 China has accused the United States of “stoking military confrontation” with the recent deployment of a powerful missile launcher capable of firing weapons with a range of up to 1,600 kilometers to exercises in the Philippines.
It’s the first-ever deployment of the MRC missile system, also known as the Typhon system, to the Indo-Pacific theater, and it comes amid a series of US-Philippine military exercises, including the largest-ever edition of the annual bilateral Balikatan drills beginning Monday.
Tension escalating...
2024-4-17 The commander of the US military visited Argentina to meet with Milley and requested the dismantling of China’s deep space monitoring and control station.
China seems still going strong in 2024, especially in the EV sector
What a load of bs from Bremmer!
Is there any good alternative to not fighting for the current world order?
Putin, Xi and the Ayetollah are happy to present the world order that they envision. Given a chance, they'll happily roll that out.
The US is occupying the #1 position, and is in no way willing to relinquish it to a wannabe China. The water was calm when China was lagging behind, leaving the #1 spot all to the US. Now the US looks back, and it doesn't like what it sees, that China is fast catching up to it !
As long as there is the struggle for that #1 spot, the US would be trying its very best to put obstacles in front of China to slow it down. Now whether such strategy has any merit, or in act is successful, you be the judge.
It would be interesting. I wonder what Aces do they have in their sleeves
From a consumer's perspective, I need cheaper and better goods but not inflation!
@@andrewchin2626unfortunately, US government can only provide you inflation.
Sooner or later the right to speak will switch to the other side. So hurry up 😅
no shit captain obvious,
I think its best both countries decouple completley over a gradual period. Trade can be moved to other countries and perhaps industries may benefit in home countries again but will take many years.
lol what? That's not how it works.
It will accelerate US bankruptcy
Get Chinese workers back to your home or get those Indian or Mexico migrants workers... Lol.. How much you gonna pay them before people screaming human rights abused or forced labor on top of their lungs, or maybe America did it it's OK..
Always a double standard.. Your people won't work because it's freedom to sleep on the streets! It's free
😂
You should say china is recovering much slower instead
中国🇨🇳不是在这些西方媒体和西方政府里都在每天奔溃吗
中国🇨🇳不是在这些西方媒体和西方政府里都在每天奔溃吗
Winnie the Pooh Xi
Nothing wrong with that, sour grape eating troll 😂
Ian Bremmer is completely wrong. Again.
Countries now are smart enough to know about China 🇨🇳.
It can't fool others anymore.
China is an empire, it always has been . . . that doesn't excuse your racism against Chinese.
China needs to *play by the rules* and to respect human rights.
- If China does this, it can have a chance to coexist with the rest of the world.
Someone just try to order Bejing around. 🙄. The last time I check China is the biggest trade partner with 130 countries. May be the rhetoric should takes a rest
What rules? Are the USA and Isreal subject to the "rules"?
China does co-exist with the rest of the world, it's literally the top trading partner for the majority of the world. The U.S and the West has to stop living in a bubble.
😂😂😂😂Chang's rules
@@keirenle Among 233 countries and regions worldwide, China is the largest trading partner in 166 countries and regions.
