-3delay(which is 3second skill cooldown and 3second item cooldown is feel much better for me)
I dont say dmail isn't worth it anymore because tilia has lower prox(5%) than dmail(10%) nullify. It depends on you which to choose xD

And easy way to gain -5 sec skill delay
Every gears becomes a potential piece for disable set

Damn, I don't know it's totally worth tilia xtal but with iniliba xtal, definitely better
