    She is at a very high risk of being unalived by him based on his actions. If the judge were to let him live with her and something happened, you all know the family would blame the justice system. Sadly, she can’t see the danger she is in. I hope she doesn’t break the no contact order.

    The judge is correct; they both need counseling, he needs to keep his hands to himself. Men are not the only ones to blame. I watched my mother berate my father, each time they were drinking, and it was like watching a slow motion accident. How much can a person stand, when they try to escape from a situation, and are followed? How fair is it, to do this to a person? It reminds me of videos, where a person has a camera, following a person, saying, "I can film you, because you're in public, and you can do nothing". It takes incredible reserves of self control to ignore that behavior, if it goes on for 3-9 hours.

    • @lostineggsaisle
      @lostineggsaisle 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Exactly. I can't stand the people who go out in public just to film people and get reactions. I saw a video of a man in a library the other day. He was recording everybody in it. He was even asking somebody what they were doing on their personal laptop. The guy asked him to leave him alone and he said he was infringing upon his rights that he was allowed to record wherever and whoever he wants in public.
      I don't understand this behavior. I don't understand what these people think it gets them. Nobody cares until you stick the camera in their face, so why do that? I also can't believe the number of people that support this behavior. Screaming about their right to record while in my opinion they're infringing upon other people's space and privacy even though they are in a public place. People should be able to expect a certain amount of privacy and distance even if they are in a public area. They shouldn't have to have cameras shoved in their faces and not be able to do anything about it. I don't understand how that's allowed to go on and how people support it. How would those people feel if they had somebody shoving a camera in their face while they were out? I bet they wouldn't be supporting it then.

    • @rosemaryus-ct6151
      @rosemaryus-ct6151 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      slow motion accident sounds like a fair description but it takes two people to have a dysfunctional relationship. i discovered that when i stopped being dysfunctional the dysfuntional relationship ceased to exist. that was a good thing.

    Judge Boyd says "or either" all the time, and it is NOT grammatically correct. Leave off the "either" - it isn't needed, or valid. The proper form is "Either 'A' or 'B' (or 'C', or 'D', etc …)". The "either" need not be repeated.

      it's part of her job to hook people up with programs that can help them succeed. it's not the same as DOING the counseling. it doesnt take a genius to figure out that violent people need anger management counseling, etc. also one of the things she orders is evaluations with stipulations that recommendations be followed.
