Safety concerns rise over the use of biologic drugs

  • Biologic drugs are used to treat autoimmune diseases, but a report by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel found the drugs have been linked to more than 500,000 serious adverse events, 34,000 of which resulted in deaths, in the last 15 years. John Fauber, an investigative reporter for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and co-writer of the report, joined CBSN with more.

    A list of these drugs would be helpful so people could be further warned on possible adverse effects.

    Very good question, " do they help People with Side-effects " that should be a Standard "Thing " they make so much money with medicine, they should by LAW doing that World wide. Second medicine makers are much carefull in with by-product they use in making. Very good question in benefit Off US all.
