I love it! Its practical. ( Has everything you need including washing machine & a private outdoor area! )
Only problem is most countries will not approve single dwellings such as these.

I’m still new to researching on housing concepts/ideas. Can you share as to why this concept would not be approved?

Not that it won't necessarily meet council approval, it depends on where you plan to build really. A country zone may approve it more easily. But for instance in South Australia blocks of land for single dwelling homes must have a 9 meter minimum frontage. Also must be 300msq total size depending on what area your in. So you wouldn't want to build a small home on expensive land. Then the materials chosen must match other homes in the area if it's heritage. Must meet Australian standards, insulation, fire resistance, electrical, wet area water proofing, wind resistance, all sorts of things. So to meet all those standards it gets expensive therefore you may as well build a regular home.

@@australianwoman9696 thanks for sharing your insight. Kinda reminds me of how in some episodes of Grand Designs, the property owner being featured is limited to what is allowed in the permit and how they can sometimes go over the budget.

I've said it over and over again in comments to other designers on TH-cam. Bathroom entrance RIGHT in the kitchen! Imagine you had to go poop real bad but you got delicious dinner cooking in the oven or on the stove top? How would you feel or should I say smell? Still, still is a good design. I like it but not where the toilet is! Maybe the door facing elsewhere or put the toilet on the other side or something?

That's true but if you've got a good exhaust fan, flush asap after. Spray an air freshener. Open a window. Disinfect the toilet. Wash your butt & scrub your hands. This routine takes approximately 15min & the odour is gone by then.
( This is my own typical routine & I come out fresh as a daisy! )
Also, most people usually have to poop after eating.
