Brandon’s car is probably ever so slightly faster and we believe it’s the lightweight wheels and 1 certain mod that he has and I haven’t installed yet that helped him trap 1 mph better on his best run than mine. Yes sir! And those are coming later this week in a video about the MPH gains from the mods on car. Specifically the Eventuri CAI. I’ll have slips and trap speeds and discussion in that video. The track was prepped great but we still had traction issues with dog races due to the Pilot Sport 4S. Stay tuned for those results but know those cars are moving out!
Blue car has cat delete, JLT cold air, Soler ported throttle bodies, and lightweight forged wheels. Black car has paragon performance cat back exhaust, Eventuri Cold air intake and that’s it for now.
wish chevy would go back to a front engine rwd platform vette at a more affordable price point to replace the camaro. these things are so pricey, and have more in common with a mclaren than any vettes from before.
That’s actually a freaking good idea! Would fill the slot left by the Camaro and bring it back in reach of the average person. That was always the biggest draw for corvettes was performance per dollar and while these cars are still a heck of a buy at the price to compete/outpace cars that cost 2 to 3 times as much is still pretty insane. I also have an issue with how much they weigh now. If it weighed 3200 lbs it would be UNSTOPPABLE! That’s what made the C5 and C6 Z06 so amazing…….. it had great power, a great chassis, and it weighed 3200 lbs or less. Thanks for commenting!

He has much lighter wheels and a “certain mod” I haven’t done yet that’s coming in video very soon that we believe makes a much bigger difference than the originally thought. The intake and after market Paragon exhaust does nothing for this car . Is a great car , but corvette left nothing on the table to gain horsepower. You guys waste your money and talk about how fast it feels , but the numbers don’t show it . All I am saying is that why waste money , if you want a faster car wait and get a ZR1 or put a blower on a C8 .

What was the mod situation on each car ?
