Im 46 w 2 boys under 10.. do you have nephews? Neighborhood kids? buy a blaster man its fun. I picked it up as a hobby during the pandemic. I feel like a little kid again now anytime i know im going to see my nephews.
Had mine for over a year now: Literally the best blaster I own in terms of quality. It's sturdy, heavy, and smooth. I can't stress enough how clean, it's literally like it's not 3d printed. I personally love the aesthetic and true bolt action gimmick, it's very immersive. Also the performance when it comes to mega is unmatched. It's insane to be an actual threat on the field with MEGA darts paired with a scar barrel (sold by a different seller). It's such a genuine sniper experience. I made so many good tags with this thing, even against half dart users; they never stood a chance. I will agree that it prefers fresh darts but in my experience it feeds 85% of the time with your average mega darts. I'd also recommend only using the whirl head darts as it's just better and less likely to clog the barrel over time. I bought over a hundred whirl head darts for this thing and reglued the heads on all of them for durability. Cause like my girlfriend, it's a head destroyer. There are actually lower fps setups available at around 100 and can go up to 400 depending on your barrel and spring set and it's not even brassed. I love it and want another. It's cheaper now then when I got one too. the metal breech is also a new feature. If you are primarily a sniper player and use 3d builds its a must.
Nothing beats a good bolt-action blaster. Have you seen Worker's short dart conversion kit for the Pharaoh? It's pretty much drop-in and hits 170FPS on the stock spring. Pinky prime.
@@wadakipvp if it's your only source then yes. I got the kit from them too but I found an Etsy seller who offers files and prints for the kit at 40usd. I'm getting those for my second Pharoh build/ integration. Don't know if it's cheaper in your case but thought I'd share.

that looks like a legit antimaterial sniper rifle. The mega darts, being heavy, could make it more accurate at distance (alltho you would have to account for a bigger surface area... so maybe not if there is too much wind)
That's some pretty good travel time for a nerf blaster! Although I'm worried this wouldn't work well on an open field where there's always wind blowing on the dart or at longer ranges
Honestly, i think a mega XL version of the fort ite grenade launcher would be a better choice. Seeing as how i tend to think of mega XL as that kind of smaller grenade between true rockets and foam throwables.

The fact that the bolt handle is right above the magazine instead of the trigger makes it look a bit weird. Tho the shell of the blaster itself is also of a very familiar shape which is cool. Sorta looks like a large caliber M40 sniper rifle :3
You know what I like about it, it kinda looks like the FAL from cod modern warfare, which in the game is a semi auto assault rifle, but it’s the thought that counts👍
It's interesting how the piston cocks forward, and fires to the rear, opposite to most blasters. Does the air travel through the center of the piston to the barrel, or is there a separate air delivery tube?
Two years from now we'lll have stuff like - "This shoots foam. But it'll kill you. No, like, literally, this little plastic tip will pierce your skull with 800 fps. These were supposed to be toys. They're plastic guns now."
800fps would obliterate the first couple layers of skin. It's not piercing anything. Some dude made a 2000fps vacuum helium cannon, tuned it down to fire at a friend. That was 1200fps and it was enough to cause a bloody circular wound, but nothing lethal.
I think it would be HILARIOUS to see a Combos video with this thing, you could bust out some nicer parts and none of them will actually be functional bc of the barrel 😂😂

1st of all the stock looks like rem700 magpul furniture, 2nd chamber the highest power version down to half dart and put a scar(or an actual rifled barrel) and hurl darts so far you measure it in yards instead of feet

The Mega Caliburn is pump action and relatively powerful. Not as powerful as the Ranger though. Not even close.

There is. I had got one with the multi spring setup and it can go up to 400. Very hard to prime at that point though obviously.
K25 is compatible, and so therefore 788 is as well. 788 springs gets it down there and is still fairly consistent
I usually only buy stuff like this if they make an injection molded version. But I might actually get this, looks pretty sweet.

I heavily modified mine to do 300fps on average with Mega. The strongest spring option does 220-240fps usually.
