Chatamari is newari food which i eat ...its too yummy ..I am newari...jwajalapa..😍😍😍😍..love from Nepal
The first thing you ate chatamari is a nepali newar food
The second one is cooked in every nepali festival
The third is simply a roasted chicken ( not a real nepali food ) I think we just gave it a name with some of our style added called sekuwa
And the chicken leg piece is also not truly nepali food
The chicken thupka is famous in nepal but I don't think it is also only found in nepali or ate by only nepali I guess so
Visit nepal soon we have more yummy food which is unexpected by you
And lastly jhol momo is the main momo of nepal we eat it in every season /month ( first order of nepali when they visit restaurant )jhol momo but it is very different from the thing you ate calling it jhol momo we give different type of jhol with nepali spices nothing extra added
We cant eat them all in a day.
sekuwa is a Nepali food. As for Thukpa, sure you can find many variations of noodle dish in most asian countries but not specifically thukpa. It is our own incorporated dish.
