since there is no opening and closing balance on interest payable, we just take the whole 55 as the amount paid during the current period
I think you made a mistake for receivables its 51 not 56

What you should do is put a time stamp on each topics your discussing here. Great video, but Too Long Didn't Watch all, need a choice to view per topic.
The list of videos on our free website also lists the time for each video.
