Honestly, I wish they went more into the backstory’s of the villains like who were they before they were evil? What made them turn? And I wish sombra had more screen time.

I mean, Im not sure if this is a fair comparison, but Discord revived him, turned every one of his attacks into confetti or balloons, and the one time he let himself get hit with an attack, it did about as much damage as a water gun. Honestly, of all the villians revived in s9, hes probably the weakest (after the others power up, when they all first arrived he was probably 2nd to only grogar/discord)
