They should have stopped and discontinue it and not let it reach their community even though it came from their congressmen. But they have an old practice like this that They would not just ask the people to sign but make it appear that a person who would not sign was guilty of something. The practice of asking people to give their identification, place of work, nature of work, etc and making it an obligation for people to sign is unlawful and unjust. We have data privacy protection act but most of the time it is being ignored. The results of this signature of people should be invalid since it was acquired through deception.
