Thank you upgraded my 2006 Scion horn with an air horn which kept blowing the 15 amp fuse. Replace with 20 amp fuse then saw your video going to do this thanks.

The accepted convention used is battery to 30 on the relay and 87 on the relay to the horn (load).

Boss very informative tong video mo. Newbie ako sa electrical ng sasakyan. Yun nabili kong car medyo sira ang left wiring na harness kaya di nagana ang left horn na low pitch. Greeting from San Antonio TX! Thank you for that break down explanation sir. My horn stopped working due to something called the SAM Chassis control module that provides power & integrated relay system on my Freightliner Cascadia semi truck malfunctioning. So I provided 12v from battery with inline fuse to factory horn switch disconnecting factory system, then fed 12v from the switch to the horn & then ground the neg wire to the frame. Needless to say the factory horn worked for a few seconds & quit. Not sure if just old & defective. Still had power going to it but I believe for some reason this setup without a relay killed it. Do u believe that to be the case aswell? Nonetheless I think I'll just bite the bullet & wire it in with the relay per your instructions. Thanks amigo!

Amg tamang pin talaga niyan is yung 30 going to battery and ying 87 going to load. Peto puwede naman pagbaliktarin. Yung 87A kabaliktaran yan ng 87, kapag wala supply yung 86/trigger,yung 87A naman ang may power.

Yes po kahit magkapalit ang 85 at 86 ok lang. Yung 30 at 87 nakasanayan ko na po kasi na 87 ang sa positive dahil po pwedeng mag kapalit din ito lalo na kung hindi naman gagamitin ang 87a but kung gagamitin ko ang 87 at 87a tama po na yung 30 ang dapat na positive or yung galing sa battery. Pero tama po ang sinabi nyo

Update: although gumana yung relay na standard like Bosch at ang purpose nya eh para mas malakas tunong ng busina, hindi kelangan for my car.. Kahit isa lang naka-install eh sobrang lakas. I decided to use Relay na electronic with fuse box just to control one horn, engine bay lights and alarm system.

I think may relay na most cars. Kelangan sundan yung wiring. Medyo manipis mga nakita kong wire. Tapos sa sobrang lakas nung tunog ng isa lang na busina eh hindi ko nainstall yung isa. Tunog truck na kasi kapag dalawa.
