Been there twice. There needs to be some type entertainment venue to make it poppin, like a gigantic Texas size bar saloon that plays live music. Unfortunately, it seems like the powers that be want you to leave at 10pm.
It could be if there were more over passes, walkways with overhead sun &rain protection and maybe even some open air trollies with different stops around the town center like San Francisco. Or even alternate forms of transportation like the QR code scooters that are found downtown. Town center is a nightmare to drive around when it’s crowded and busy
