No, you can see the values only. Only with a CAN-key or with TruckCom attached you are able to change the values.

Do you know how to reset battery value after charging, using the keypad?
After I charge it always says 10%.

The battery voltage has to arround the 25,2 Volt to reset the indicator. In between of the B+ and contactor there is a PTC resistor to supply the controller. At the input pin of the controller has to be the full battery voltage 25,2Volt!

Or vice versa.
