try diana with ap boots and soul stealer and sudden impact , electricute you will have high cd and flat magic penetration early i coocked this build and no one are using it... you can try with other ap assassin's too except for Katarina
Shield bow have good base stats but bt has more sustian and dmg over all most of the time you won't be hitting 35% hp tbf but still you can use shilde bow if you want to stall or you have the desire to jump in 1v3 situation

I think solari is better item u don’t really need the shieldbow passive cause you are tanky enough
