Also: Back-planning or documenting life in a calendar when you're maybe sick or away from home seams to me very stressful and counterintuitive. I love my non-dated journals that leaves me NO GAPS at all. 🎉😊

You are inspiring! I've kept notebooks for crafting (separate than my journals) for many years. You inspired me to pull them back out and look through them again. One idea I'd like to pass along includes both of your passions. I ended up with several small cross stitch pieces at one point, so I used them as the center of a quilt pattern, replacing a center square with a cross stitched design square. My favorite was using Ohio Star patterns. I made them into pillows, so it wasn't such a huge project and gave them as gifts. they were a huge hit, very unique. I also liked to draw a quilt design in multiples on a page then color them in different ways to determine what I liked best before committing to fabric. I have 2 comp notebooks filled with these. It's a joy just paging through them. It's obvious you are having fun. Thank you for your ideas!!

Thank you for always finding the positive with different systems/supplies. I aporeciate that you use so many different things and encorage people to use what they enjoy, all the way from Hobonichi to Jot dollar tree notebooks.

Thank you so much! Such a great idea on how to organize your crafts. My ideas and thoughts are so scattered in notebooks and then I can’t figure out where I wrote the ideas!
Love your ideas. I put my drawings into trello. Made” brainstorm” (any idea I come across that I want to draw), “classes/books” (that I want to take or read), to do (gearing up for my next projects so I get everything ready) , doing, done (photograph of finished drawings), things to reorder, and a few others to keep track of where they are at
I used to put all this in another app, but the lists were endless and I just flipped through never registering really where I was. With trello I have a picture for each one and it makes a huge difference for my brain🙂. Isn’t it wonderful how we can all make systems that work for our brains💕
