A Seemingly Awful Level Is A TROLL MASTERPIECE In Disguise...

- In a recent livestream, I had the chance to play two great TROLL levels live.
The first level is called 'MYFIRST TRIL LEVRL #DGR' made by GigantTRex. This is one of the most creative troll levels I've played as it is disguised as someone's first troll level they have made, but underneath is a brilliant masterpiece of a level....
The second level was another collaboration level for Carl (watch the trailer for the level here: • Trollda: Breath of the... ) made by a bunch of talented creators called 'Trollda: Breath of the Larl'. I was asked to play it as well and of course I humbly accepted the challenge and died many times along the way.

For those who didn't watch the stream DGR forgot to mention that someone in chat said it could be an auto level and he said "No, how could this possibly be an auto level?"(or something similar)
Well, one of the 2 level tags said 'auto mario' so it was pretty predictable

I'm not really sure, but I think the tags are not exactly what the dev has chosen but also includes what the player who played the level have chosen for the tags, so in average with enough plays they usually should be somewhat correct.
Here's a good troll level for you: 0M5-T8K-X9G. Made it myself, and I'm surprised that nobody's cleared it yet.
This is basically the Mario Maker version of Modern Art. "I know this looks like a pile of trash, but I intentionally made it look like a pile of trash, which makes it art."
nah, it's like modern art, but better in that it's actually an art piece hidden in a pile of trash, not just trash.

I am pretty sure you can tell when he or any other TH-camr has spent a long time (especially when they live-streamed a video) on a certain part of a game because when they figure it out, they almost always start speaking real slow and briefly explain the answer with the same stupid smile!

Troll levels are what made Dave the man he is today, without them, he wouldn’t be as patient, as it wouldn’t have taught him how to grind a level out.

Z-splash basically does the same thing +wastes a z-move

I still dont understand how that first level was uploaded with the soft lock check point
The on/off blocks. When you get the checkpoint the pipe is blocked. But when you die and spawn at it its not blocked because of the on/off resets to what it originally was. The pipe is open when clear checking from that checkpoint
Ever since I started watching your videos, I’ve been laughing so hard!! My daughter and my niece looked at me like if I crazy!! Then when I showed them your videos they both loved your reaction to you getting trolled. So like everyone haha we made a “lv1. Troll base” hoping to see you react to our lv. So far no one has cleared it and it’s been 3 days. If not it’s fine, we enjoy seeing all your videos 👍👍👍

You surely are the best troll player on the world. You taste the amazing design and the structure of the level, instead of being enraged and kicking their computer like most players. You never says a bad word when you gets trolled, even when you are send to the previous checkpoint, or have your progress being actually a troll like in Roller Troller. You are the one that really know how good are troll levels. Super mario maker 2 is made for someone like you, who are capable of playing every type of level and taste the essence of these levels. One day, When i gets a Nintendo Switch, i will make a good troll level for you!

I got my first dgr level, in multi vs, while watching DGR. It was called boom boom vs dgr, but it was so easy to cheese that I didn't even realise I was cheesing it. I only realised until I read the title. We didn't fight any boom booms.

When Rex planned to troll Dave into cp1 instead of the end, I love how Dave ducked, because if I saw fish falling towards me from heaven, I would have covered my head before I died, too. It also made Dave thwart the level creator, so that is cool, too.

That first level was inspired by @FreakandGeek (specifically geek) asking for troll makers to make good troll levels using all the old fashioned hot garbage trolls. I think it delivered.

Leer and growl do something, some moves do nothing, there’s an event move that legitimately is a handshake between Teammates in double or triple, it truly does NOTHING (it’s called Hold Hands)

An idea for the checkpoint soft lock is that the creator has a bomb fall down with only a little amount on the timer so the only way to get the ending from the checkpoint is to wait somewhere around 495 seconds which wouldn’t be possible without already having the checkpoint or doing a clear check due to there not being enough time after going through previous sections, which would explain why the creator has the player wait for a mushroom
I haven’t actually tested this but it is the most likely solution
