@@RedEyedPatriot I think a lot of it is heat treated- were you referring to the blue quartz or the coshocton flint? Because I have knapped the coshocton.

@ ha, I went waaaay too far back to find it. I do remember that point vividly now! I think it’s entirely likely that is a broken fluting nipple from what I saw when you zoomed in on the video. Considering the tip is broken could they have messed up trying to flute it once before? The tips would often break in the fluting process. The flaking looks on par for paleo also. Definitelyone to take to your buddy to maybe discuss in another artifact yap video.

@@huckfin1100 Christ is king! But carbon dating says otherwise about the Earth’s age. God operates on a different time frame than us mortals experience. Not everything in the Bible should be taken literally in this instance.

Take a look into how they actually carbon date specimens and how other dating methods work, the assumptions that must be made, the dates they've gotten wrong. The evolution timeline is easy to pick apart and that's where I'd begin if I were to try to open my mind to the possibility that the earth's timeline is thousands of years rather than millions. Science proves God's hand and fingerprints are on everything. I don't want to change your mind because I said so, I want you to just keep it open to other possibilities. You have an awesome channel and I enjoy watching your new finds!
