Thank you dearest. Big books have always been my favorite. Really a double challenge because it'll be my second classic overall and first Russian one and I just hope I make it.
Cujo! I forgot that was a book. I saw the movie as a child and it I don't trust Saint Bernards to this day. I want to know that you think about Things Fall Apart and Silent Patient
The title of this video fills me with questions. You took books "home".. Where is home, and where did you take them from? As a Nigerian and a native African, I would love to hear your thoughts on _Things Fall Apart_. Americans can understand and empathize, but given our culture education, and understanding of your history is very different than yours. _Grapes of Wrath_ and _Crime and Punishment_ are two books in my top 10%. Both are thick books and layered with meaning and human insights. I hope you enjoy them. (btw, this video had MUCH better sound and lighting than the previous one - best books of 2023 - Keep up the good work)
Hi Kurt. Thanks for the comment. I don't think I've properly introduced myself on the channel but some of the viewers are from IG and they know I am in college so home is my family house in another state. I have all my books in school because I acquired or received them all in school, so I have to pack a few with me every holiday. For Things Fall Apart, I definitely intend to read that this year, most likely in this first quarter if school allows me. I also cannot wait to read Crime and Punishment and The Grapes of Wrath because everyone seems to rave about those. Thoughts will surely be put up on the channel. Thank you also for feedback on the sound and lighting. At school I'm mostly relegated to use the natural light, but I had a ringlight on for this. I'm hoping if I get a better phone in future, both sound and quality will improve. All said, it's lovely to have you watching❤
Carrying around c&p ON TOP OF all those other books 🫠 the things we do for love
😭😭😭sorry
i think starting big books at the beginning of the year is a fun challenge! good luck with Crime and Punishment! ✨💪🏼
