Hi Liv I have been crocheting since I was about 10 years old. I have made 60 Afghans - 2 - 60 Inch Round Pineapple Stitch Tablecloths - Made A Sweater - Made Slippers - Made Mittens - Made Hats - Made Doilies. If you get the Basic Crochet Stitches down than you can make anything. My favorite Crochet Stitch is the Double Crochet. Right now I am making a Blanket - The Yarn I am using is Caron Brand - The color is called Baby Rainbow. I am using Double Crochet Stitch which is real easy to do. The Two Best Yarn Brands to use is Caron and Red Heart. The two best Crochet Hooks to use is G & H unless you are making something Specific. I taught myself to Crochet from a Little Green Book which is a How To Crochet - Knit - Tatting from Harvey’s Dime Store in my town when I was like 10 years old. I mastered all of the Crochet Stitches the same night I bought the book. There are tons of You Tube Videos out there on Crochet and Knitting both. I Crochet at Night when I am too tired to stitch or Read. The Books you talk about sounds good. I hope that you will enjoy them. I am still reading Crepe Factor by Laura Childs. I am almost done with this book. I have a few chapters left to read. Take Care & Happy Reading - Crocheting ❤️🤗✂️🧶🔰❤️
That’s amazing that you’ve crocheted so many things! I hope to find more time soon to dive into it more. 😍 I’ve also heard lots of great things about Laura Childs! I hope you enjoy. 🩷
@@livslibrary - Laura Childs is one of my all time favorite Authors. I have read quite a few books of hers already. Crocheting is fun and pretty easy to do. It’s so enjoyable to sit down like in the evenings and crochet without having to concentrate too much on it. I love to Crochet.
Love your rainbow sweater! 😍 I was disappointed by Middle of the Night. 💔 I'm dying to read the new Stuart Turton book too! 😃 P&P Readathon was so fun! 🎉 You're on the cover of The Royals Next Door!!! 😃 I chose The Lost Story for my BOTM and can't wait to get to it! I LOVED Into the Drowning Deep - gave it 5☆s!!! Daughter of the Siren Queen was also enjoyable! 🧜♂️ 🧜♀️ Adventures of Amina was another 5☆ for me! 💖
Pride and Prejudice is a great book! I hope you love it too. I also have preordered A Novel Love Story and The Summer of Yes, and hope to enjoy them this summer. Remarkably Bright Creatures is a favorite of mine from 2023, and the parts that are from the viewpoint of Marcellus the octopus are wonderful. The Wishing Game was another favorite and I am looking forward to The Lost Story. I also look forward to reading Dreadful soon. Have a lovely reading summer!
I've got The Paradise Problem checked out from the library right now, so I'll get to it in the next week or so. Looking forward to it. I've heard such good things about the Courtney Walsh book!
You've got a lot of great selections lined up. I am also super excited for Middle of the Night and A Novel Love Story. On the other hand, Into the Drowning Deep is one of the worst books I have ever read. Ever. And it's soooooo long. I would never tell someone not to read a book, but I would say if you're halfway through it and you're not enjoying it, just stop because it doesn't get any better. Happy reading.😊
Yay for learning to crochet! I'm going to binge the seaside cafe series this summer! 👏I'll have to Marco Polo you with my thoughts! 😆 Look in the mirror sounds good and I love the cover! Adding that to my list. So many good recs girl!
I just finished Into the Drowning Deep on audiobook and it was a 5/5 for me. It got me out of my reading slump! I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on it!
1:25 yasssss crochet!! 🧶🥰 it’s super fun once you get the hang of it! Cant wait to see what you make 🤭🤍 my first practice project was a bookmark lol it wasn’t great but it works!
Hahaha, well thank you for taking the time to watch! Hopefully you can keep these recommendations in your back pocket for when it’s warmer. Also, I’ve always wanted to visit NZ! 🥹
@@livslibrary it is amazing. I've been in the worst reading slump of my life but I still managed to fly through that book. It's exactly what I've been waiting for since reading Assistant to the Villain.
I read the Wishing Game recently and also want to read her new book! I actually was hoping we’d get a sequel because I just loved the way The Wishing Game ended and would love to see what they do next but I did feel like it wrapped up to where it doesn’t need a sequel. Have you read the graphic novel called Tidesong? It was giving me studio ghibli vibes and the scenery and setting is so perfect to read during summer 😊
I love a Liv TBR and book recommendation video!! I'm reading Live & Let Chai soon after hearing so many good reviews!! I have never read a Riley Sager (can we still be friends?! 😬) I liked The Night Swim so much!! Super excited for the Pride and Prejudice readathon!!!!! I'm also going to read Ashley Poston's new book for the readathon. I LOVE HER BOOKS! ALL THE STARS! This Summer Will Be Different is my fav Carley Fortune book and it even has several tropes that aren't my fav. It was just done so well imo. I was hesitant about Remarkably Bright Creatures and adored it so much. I have so many books I want to read this summer but I also need to fit in CC 1-3. sorry this was a lot of rambling. LOL
Remarkably Bright Creatures was a 5 star for me. If you have access to the audio version of this book, I highly recommend it. Marcellus (the octopus) has an extremely entertaining voice. Enjoy!
I'm reading the last murder at the end of the world right now and it's pretty good so far 👍 its being narrated by an AI character which is kind of hard for me to understand but it's interesting
Excited for dreadful and cozy mysteries as well!💜💜💜💜
I'm currently reading Remarkably Bright Creatures & I agree that you should just take your time enjoying it. It's lovely.
I can’t wait! 🤍

I really enjoy your videos. I live hearing about books on your TBR that aren't books mentioned over and over by so many others.
I’m so glad! I agree though, I’m tired of seeing the same authors literally EVERYWHERE. 🤭
Hi Liv… Tide and Punishment is actually book 3 in the series. I started book 2 yesterday… No Good Tea Goes Unpunished ❤
Oh ooops. 😂 I do have the second, just must have pulled the wrong one for this video! Thank you!

@livslibrary same. I'm not a huge fan of the man who speaking cause it seems like most of the main characters are women
