The most ironic thing in the world.
The fast cars were quitting out, and the medium range cars were like "CMON!!!! LETS HAVE A GO!!!"
Meanwhile the guy on the R6 is like "guys, I really just wanted to have a good lap of the ring wtf"
Partly because its so easy to drive slowler cars fast! I first went in a stripped out Integra type r and i felt like a driving god pushing it near its limits and keeping up with expensive stuff.
Next time i went in a Corvette which had more grip, over double the power and i was a nervous wreck afraid to put my foot down being taken by fiestas!
I can't imagine what it would be like in a 900hp monster on that track. When i see these drivers in very fast cars driving to the limits on the Ring i now realise just how bloody skilled they are! :)

@ very few normal people or even advanced track riders(hobbyists) can use a litre bikes potential. Imagine it's the same with cars

3:57 absolutely brilliant overtake
So great to see someone who can ride and really knows the circuit. The most impressive driving imo was the Seat keeping up with the bike after the Maclaren pulled over and a quick BMW 3 series at 6.30 onwards.
That Cupra driver was a bro to flash his brakes as a heads up.
But how do you flash the brakes under heavy braking? Or is there an external device that automatically flashes the brake lights?
cant switch off this :) if you break hard .. the cupra thinks there is a danger situation and flashes the brakelights .. well on track nearly every braking is a "dangerous situation" :D haha .. even with switched of esp its flashing
Thanks for the info mate! And from my research some external device can be purchased with timer. It can be set to trigger the flashing after a certain time of braking defined by the driver.

Found this from your other video (being chased by red R1M) - great riding. I've got an R1 and always amazed at how high the revs are when riding the R6 hard. You've obviously cut lots of laps, nice riding!!

cant imagine how scary it would be to have cars racing right next to you at those speeds!
Less scary than if the cars were travelling at normal road speeds, unless the cars drivers push their vehicles beyond the limit.
You should try riding in a big group like I did last weekend. That was scary. The annual Black Dog anti depression and suicide charity ride. 171 riders which grew to over 500 when we met another group from another town.
We are all supposed to ride staggered ie guy in front of you about 20 metres is to the right so you ride to the left and so on down the line. All supposed to stick to the speed limits it is just for charity after all. Who do you think ride like morons on the wrong side of the road, speeding, overtaking on blind corners etc etc, ride right on your back wheel even overtake you on the dirt? Harley riders, Who else? Not all harley riders are dickheads but all dickheads are harley riders. Probably, collectively, the most stupid idiots on the road. Yeah I know there are some proper cretins on sports bikes but in percentage terms hd riders beat them hands down in the halfwit stakes.

Yet many moto fanboys still don't believe me that you can't beat a car with a fast bike on curvy road. Only on straights.
Hard to tell how fast the bmw was tbh as that was a part of the track where the rider clearly wasn't comfortable going quick and was holding the Leon up slightly. I dont blame the rider there as that section is scary! One drop of oil and he'd be dead if he pushed it.
Do some research but making comments! I've never riden a bike and dont plan on doing so but try watching a vid with a pro rider on a street bike and be prepared to be blown away. Theres several vids of supercars vs street bike on the net whilst both being driven by pros.
This guy on here is very good but he himself knows hes no riding God! Theres a rider who passes him like hes going backwards on one of his vids.

Before you buy an R6, R1 or any super sport bike, watch this! This is what it’s capable of. Now remember on your morning ride most likely this is NOT you. Keep it shiny side up and take it to the track maybe🙂. Dude can make that bike sing and dance. It’s impressive.

Schöner Fahrstil, macht einen sehr geschmeidigen Eindruck und dabei schonst Du den Motor noch, wirklich gut gefahren ! Als junger Mann war ich mit einer aufgemachten und abgespeckten RD 350 LC so unterwegs, die war halt echt leicht und hatte 2 Takter PS, weißt schon ;-) jetzt habe ich dafür nicht mehr die Eier, zu heftig. Pass gut auf dich auf.

Respekt an beide , top gefahren, wirklich... Wie viel Stunden Hölle habt ihr schon hinter euch ? Da braucht man doch mindestens 40 - 50 Turns um die Strecke so zu ballern... man freu ich mich auf die nächste Saison 😁 zwar nur Hockenheim aber wer weiß , nbr ist vielleicht auch drin dieses Jahr, euch beiden toi toi toi ... Auf eine saubere Strecke in Zukunft...da das Video bisle Zeit her ist , was für en möp fährst nun ?
