@@stellarknight04 Well, you don't get to create your own character, you don't get to forge your own path/story. the combat feels more like a console action game than a traditional RPG, so I'd say no. Apart from being a fantasy setting, it doesn't have that much in common with most RPGs. Obviously you could take the literal meaning of 'role-playing' in which case Witcher would fit the bill, but so would most games really. I'm just talking about the RPG standards established with tabletop games and classic PC titles from the late 90s and early-mid 2000s. It's a particular style of world building, UI, controls and narrative that Witcher doesn't fit.

I wish they actually finished the game before release. It would be the best game ever then. It's still better than Oblivion though in its unfinished state

The game is so paradoxal: it has lot of flaws but dispite that it's more enjoyable than most AAA rpg games
agreed. I've bitched about G3 for years now but still... I always return to it just as I return to G1 and G2...
I don't even associate the terms 'AAA' and 'RPG' normally...

Można w to grać 50 razy i dalej się nie znudzi. Nie ma takiego drugiego RPG jak Gothic.

g3 is the worst, g3 have too much copy paste quests. G1 - best / G2 - really good too / G3 - good
