Umbria's Hidden Trattoria: A Food Adventure

As I was driving in beautiful Umbria, I was looking for a place to eat. I found this Trattoria in Google maps and found myself having lunch ALONE (there was nobody else there). The local food there blew my mind.

I visited Umbria a handful of times and you really get wonderful and most often their traditional food.
I recommend Umbria Jazz as dessert 😉

You mention that the food is not necessarily healthy, though I would imagine there are some meals that would be pretty healthy, even at a restaurant. I’d be very interested to see what you can find for the healthiest Italian restaurant meals. I’m enjoying your videos so keep up the fascinating work!
