Paczkis Polish Donuts
4 cups all purpose flour ( 500 grams)
1/4 of a cup of sugar
10 oz of warm milk
2 pockets of dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
4.5-5 tablespoons of softened butter
5 egg yolks
2 tablespoons of rum or strong alcohol
1 tablespoon of plain yogurt (optional)
powdered sugar
Any jams of your choice
