  • 6 of my Guided sleep meditation videos seamlessly in 1. This long talk down is for anyone who finds it difficult to get to sleep. This longer version of combined meditations fit perfectly as one.
    If you experience sleep problems, insomnia, anxiety or overthinking then perhaps this meditation will work for you.
    In this experience you will travel from beach, where you will hear ocean waves to a hot air balloon and also travelling, floating amongst the stars, also listening quietly to a calm fireplace crackling in the background.
    every scene transitions seamlessly into the next as the story unfolds and you begin to enter into a deep sleep.
    The more you listen, the more you will relax, the more quiet your mind will become and the sleepier you will feel.
    As your mind gets lost in the stories told as you in a soothing talk down, your body will enter a deep relaxation from the words that you hear.
    There is also voice only in some parts of this session, which will allow you to concentrate on what is being heard, allowing your mind and body to go deeper into a relaxed state.

    I lost my dad a year and half ago, I fell asleep to this and had a dream, I got to see my dad's smile and hug him and I'm so grateful 😖❤️

      I lost my grandmother for a month now, I listened to this and sleep. At dawn, I had a dream that my grandmother become alive from death and we were playing.

    Is it weird that I’m actually looking forward to listening to this to fall asleep tonight (this morning rather-I work 3rd shift)? I usually listen to one of 3 people’s videos & I have my favorites. Tonight I went through & listened to the first few minutes of about 5 different/new (to me) guided sleep meditation videos. This one sounds pretty great just from the beginning. Thank you for creating & posting this for those of us that need some extra help winding down. Have a fantastic & fulfilling day & night!

      angela smith that’s not really good way to meditate. Benefits of meditation are cumulative. As you become more consistent with daily meditation your body starts to build of reserve of goodwill that will make those bad nights become rare.

    This is the best sleep meditation I’ve tried and I have concrete proof from my Oura sleep ring. When I listen to this my deep sleep is up a lot the next day, from the usual poor 5% up to a more normal 20%. I’ve been experimenting for 2 weeks to see if I’m imagining it… nope. Thank you.

    Did this meditation for the first time last night. Wow. I was out after 20 minutes or so. Woke up to take my buds out of my ears. Only got about 42 minutes in. That was wonderful sleep! Nice work!

    Thank you for making this. It is one of the only things that consistently makes me fall asleep. I listen to it every night and still don't know how it ends lol.     This is the best sleep meditation I have heard. I usually take over and hour to fall asleep even with a meditation going (over two hours without it), so I'm glad it is long and takes me on various journeys which kind of put me in a dream-like state. Thank you!

    I have been weaning off of some medication for a while, and I have some bouts of insomnia. The night before I found this video I was up until 6am before finally falling asleep! I started this video and was literally asleep within 20 mins! I have not slept like this in months! And I'm so dang grateful there are no commercials! Game changer for sure! Thank you! ❤️❤❤

    THANK YOU Christian for this compilation video: it started saving my life almost 9 weeks ago... had to take 7 weeks' leave from work due to high BP and skyrocketing anxiety attacks, thanks to severe sleep deprivation, but THIS video in addition to new meds has been bringing me back to 'normal' since the first night.     100% would recommend I drank an energy drink right before bed because there was only a little bit left and I couldn’t get to sleep for the life of me but I managed to sleep at around half 6 thanks to this

    Ive had problems sleeping because of some intense migraines but I absolutely love ur voice its so soothing and calming. I shared this video with all my friends. 5 to 6 of us listen every night I can't fall asleep unless I play this 😂 thank u so much fr these

    Me and my partner suffer with going asleep and after listening to this I was asleep within 10 minutes. Even my partner can’t sleep without this anymore. We both love it. My daughter knows when it comes on it’s time for bed. We love this. Thankyou for helping me and my family for a goodnights sleep. We haven’t had in a long time.

    I listened to this for the first time last night & I didnt even hear my daughter crying. (Thankfully my mom was here to get her) really didnt think this would actually work since I sleep horribly. So thank you so much for this! I really needed deep sleep

    I'm glad this is helpful for others. I had to turn it off a few minutes in bc i found the pulsing string music to be the opposite of relaxing. I felt like it made my heart beat faster, mot help my brain and body calm down.

    This is the only meditation that had worked for me! Ive had trouble sleeping for a whole week! And this combined with av relaxation routine helped me sleep even without melatonin!! Really a lifesaver
