Millionaire... a quiz show hosted by Chris Tarrant where contestants have to answer 12 General knowledge questions to win £1 Million.

He used his 3 lifelines on 3 questions where he knew the answer. Then he knew the £150,000 but didn't want to risk it, so couldn't get to £250,000. Great win, but wasted lifelines cost him (at least) a hundred grand.
