Dont forget the gyro's Death from Above. You had 4 units which could've been 8 bombs dropped on their blobs during the siege battle.
True. But the brimstone guns suck now regardless.
@@HeirofCarthage maybe they made the bombers so good they had to nerf the copters? who knows. Maybe used with the magma cannons? burnt?
When the Spirit of grungi uses its extra speed, it takes 25-50 dps per second as self damage. for burning itself up

There are few things as satisfying in this game as a full line of gunpowder unleashing hell. Maybe a Bone Giant hitting the enemy lord dead center.
But seriously, i am glad to see the dawi become competitive with their more edgy cousins.

You’re spot on about the brimstones. They were anti large but the changes looks like they nerfed them. The steam guns were the anti infantry. The other new stuff looks fun though
I disagree, the anti large Gyros have been moved to the grudge settler units and given troll hammer torpedoes instead, mobile flying flamer units sound absolutely bonkers and while yes their not good against armored infantry thats what the steam guns are for.
@@dwarfminerwillie the troll hammers would be good for anti large , but the amount of damage shown with infantry without shield even is not great at all with brimstones. Sounds like they nerfed the damage first infantry with them.

Glad to see you're still doing content. Randomly thought about you and realized YT hasn't recommended you to me in SO LONG, that it's actually crazy.
Don't get me wrong I like the dwarf stuff, kinda bummed we didn't get proper Norse Dwarf stuff with this location. I'd rather he had been dropped in lustria or something if he was getting an off the wall location.
I'm only about 12 minutes in, but for those copters you are only firing at units head on when you should be treating them like a flame thrower unit or dragonbreath and hit units along their length rather than head on where you are giving up significant damage output. They also have bombs which you could be dropping.
As for the big airship, that damage per second part of the tooltip is how much damage it takes when maneuvering with the boosters on.
Edit: same thing for the siege, plenty of skaven blobs you could have deleted with copter bombs.
Super excited for the Dawi Air Force!! Wait, I didn't realize you can summon the airship for free during a battle?! Wow
Malakai certainly seems powerful. Turn 5 you´ve got a full stack wit LH, copters and the special Airship. Economy wise also pretty strong with so many trade early on :)

I think u right about Brimstone Gyros, but there is the steam variant + Gyro Bombers + Thunderbarge so I guess u have other options. Can use Brimstone vs fire weak Units instead then like Trolls aso... and hope they get abit buffed. Nice Vid HoC

If Doomslayers came first, They inspired the blades of Choas from God of War. Vice-versa if Kratos came first. I don't know.
Storm of Chaos came out mere months before God of War was released; considering things like non-disclosure agreements would have been in place for both, I would hazard a guess that they were developed independently of one another. As in, there was no inspiration involved; just a crap-ton of coincidence.

Any chance CA can fix the gyrocopter stats before the DLC release? The brimstone gun gyrocopters look... sad. And there's no reason they have to!
I found the brimstone guns to be more effective against unarmoured large units like the plague toads
The flamethrowers on the gyrocopters might be to stop light missile cavalry like gobbo wolf archers or marauder horsemen or maybe even just for chaff like zombies. At least i think.

I think if the Brimstone choppers had "flammable" effect with a bit more ammo and a bit higher attack speed they could be useful for burst damage against hordes.

I think the gyros just generally need a numerical change in addition to their rework. Either more damage, or less ammo. Love the new animations/firing effect personally, since I found the old version hard to visually follow.
Also given how much you’re not a fan of nurgle I don’t think folks would begrudge ya skipping covering them? Like if you do end up liking Tamurkhan that’s grand, but idk if forcing yourself to play a faction you strongly dislike is too necessary

I think the brimstone guns might be good against enemy archers with low hp totals low armor and low moral

looks good, but man really not happy with the additional units. The Airship, the doomseekers and the pump gun dwarfs are nice, but the pirate slayers and this axe throwing thing are pretty lame. would have prefered a construct or slow cavalary would have been great, even tough not lore-friendly...

If they kept the old gyrocopter, but with more models, it would have been OP. Each one has bombs too, so you get more bombs overall as well. Personally the basic gyrocopter was too strong anyway.
But now you have the Thunderbarge that can solo an entire army on its own!
