- Clearly @Y14nny was not happy with losing to Kean in the Huracán vs Aventador SV Drag Race (001) so he borrowed Supercar Nigel's Porsche 911 Turbo S. Will Yianni win this time? Will it come down to reaction times? How many times will Yianni race until he wins?

Kean's reactions are really impressive for someone who hasn't been drag racing that long.

There is also this: "There are physical limits to how fast an athlete can react to the starters' gun. While the official IAAF rules set a limit of 0.100 seconds, it's likely that anyone reacting in less than 0.120 seconds has anticipated the gun."
As there is lights counting down its not really fair to say that these are reaction times more than anticipating, theres a diffrence.
Anyways it was a fun race.
I love how he takes his staff out for drag races no matter what car it is. Definitely treats his staff like family

@@melissamclane8314 to be fair, all of carwow's races are done on a tarmac runway, with no prep surface. This is a drag strip with a prep, the porsche is supposed to be faster on the strip. Any car would be, there's more grip.

Yianni, you would've had it if you folded down the aero. Front splitter and rear wing deployed just create unnecessary drag. I have a Turbo S and the difference is significant with aero up or down. Oh well, next time! Good fun tho! Well done 😄

That first race just proves how a tiny window can cause so much drag.
Probably had to more with the Porsche getting better traction. It was slipping on the start in the first race and bogged a bit a small window rly won’t make an entire half second difference haha

Exactly! Why not use a 992 Turbo S coupe instead so that both cars are coupe’s. The Cabrio is 70kg heavier and like you mentioned Yianni is also definitely 30-40kg heavier than Kean. So there you have a 100kg disadvantage for the 992 Turbo S. Putt a 100 extra kilos in Kean’s Lambo and I guarantee that the Lambo won’t have a higher top speed than the 992 Turbo S. And we all know that Yianni love’s Lambo’s so by arranging the race like this hi got the results he wanted.

The turbo S coupe is faster than the cab at a quarter mile time of 10.1 sec
The cab should still clock 10.2 it’s just on bad tyres it was spinning up on a prepped surface

yh that's 60ms or something and pretty sure like 150-160ms is very quick for gamers etc with visual reaction test on pc, usually I get anywhere from like 180-250 lol

I thought of it on the lambo v lambo race and said nah, Kean is defo mapped, but at the end of this video you can see that Yianni is almost 1.5 Keans in size! Not saying Kean is small or Yianni a giant, just that weight had a role to play here for sure!
