daRiff, thank you for your reaction✌️ I felt that the joy that they were finally able to do the activities of LOVEBITES was exploding in this song🤟💥🤟It was a good song that I felt the joy of being able to be a band from playing and singing😄 I'm looking forward to the next video!!️ Good luck, daRiff💪
I really like the end of this song with the full chugs with the bomb over top. Most of Lovebites' truly progressive side comes out in their lives so I'm really interested to see what they come up with for arrangements with these new songs.
Good review. This glorious and triumphal symphonic intro seems to be declaring their resurrection. Then they all unleashed their joy and power. Great piece for the starter.
A great metal band to learn songs from for working on speed is Unearth. They're still making great music, but the older stuff from the mid 2000s is really some of my favorite.
Wicked Witch is Fami's favourite from the album. I believe that all the Judgement Day tracks were pretty much completed by the time Fami joined. So we will have to wait until post Judgement Day releases to see the true Fami affect.
@@kyles5513 That's on Miyako. Miyako is brilliant, and she knew not to hold Fami back. From the auditions, she knew full well the talent level of Fami. You let that talent open their own wings. The next album we'll really see the full Fami effect.
I think their experimental album is Clockwork Immortality, Judgement Day is an album which shows that the foundation that Miho built back then is still intact and even became stronger. Just my two cent muahahahaha PS: We Are the Resurrection is my favorite song, it just reminded me to Shadowmaker in a way.
i guess you will like Wicked Witch, the guitars there you will like also in Lost in the Garden. I also guess all songs till to come will be liked by you because more your style
I think "Stand and Deliver" is the most left field song of the album, different than the others. "Judgement Day" is my favorite song by any band, period. Something about that song just does it for me more so than any song I have ever heard before. Midori really mastered that squealing/dive bombing. I will argue with anyone that Lovebites is simply a Heavy Metal band based in Power & Speed metal(the best I've heard), and not in the box of being a Power Metal band. Enjoy your reaction/analysis of this great song. I didn't expect Lovebites to progress or change like other bands have. They have enhanced what they do to new heights.
@Eyeosphere00 I expect (won't even say want) one thing to be improved, and that's Fami. She only had 3 weeks to lay down her bass lines for all the songs. I can only imagine her having input from the beginning on the next album. They fulfilled any possible improvements I could have thought of with this album. This is in my top 6 favorite albums ever list, and I'm 99.99% sure it's my all-time favorite album. I leave that .01% open due to me not having listened to the other 5 albums in their entirety for a long time, and in some cases for several decades. Only fair I give the other 5 one more shot, although I fully expect them to fall short. I didn't think they would improve this much from their prior 3 albums because they were already exceptional.
@Eyeosphere00 That's a generalization, and of course we want to do what we always seem to do with Lovebites, is drop our jaws at the next new song we hear. I can't come up with anything specific that needs improvement. Hard to improve on perfection.
@Eyeosphere00 Truthfully, and I really mean that, I don't care. I love this album and don't care if it has an "Edge of the World" or "Swan Song" type track. I want Lovebites to give me their vision, and since they became my favorite band I'd say they are doing just fine.
Thank you so much RockdaRiff.🤘😎🤘
Best song of the new Lovebites abum for me is: "Soldier Stands Solitarily" Miyako's masterpiece! 🤟
judgement day for me. one of my favorite choruses in metal. :)

I think this song may be my favorite off the album with Dissonance a close 2nd. 🤘🏻🐺

Welcome back and thank you for doing this reaction to lovebites again, LOVEBITES ROCK

🐺🤘🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 One of my favourites
One of my favorite song from this album

The whammy bar dive bombs is them taking the solo to a new place.
Hard to pick one but SSS is such a banger that might be the #1 on the album for me!! 🤘🐺🤘

Fami said in an interview the base bass lines were written then she changed it to her own. Mostly.

for me in the top 3 of this album.

I hear a lot of Megadeth in the main riff. Top 3 song for me on the album.

Judgment Day is the best song on the album I think but this one has become my favorite. Soooo good. Lots of slapping from Fami if you listen for it.
I listened to 2 minutes arched fire it's true that it's very fast but it's light years from the musical beauty of Lovebites. Speed is not everything.
I do think its beautiful music as well though, it dosent have be whos better…just different
