You don't have to stay away from Zap wave if you are a Urshifu,Dragonite,, garchomp because if you have Max HP event buff
These mons can survive it's damage by healing quickly doing continue attacks.
Mons with low HP and defence needs to move

Every lane has equal wild mons spawn.

the middle lane does have less for example Bellibolt doesn't spawn in middle lane

if the queue is long enough it will put you in with bots, but I did hear that they are not that bad in this mode
