Very familiar car to me. My dad had a 2003 C220 cdi and a 2006 C320 cdi. Both black. The C320 cdi was an interesting car. 50 mpg when you were cruising, or really very fast when you had your lead boots on.
My dad owned one from new (2001) up until 2012. Sadly was scrapped 3 years later. Literally my childhood car, that startup and engine whine was burned into my memory as a child 😂😂

That's very interesting. 50 mpg is pretty solid. I really like these older C-Class's, that are at least kept in good shape, like this one
